Started by David Williams at the dining room table, he had a true passion for plumbing and construction. 128 was born and brought up on long days and hard work, quality service, and going above and beyond for customers. Although his son Ryan was involved in 128 since the start, he joined the team full-time in 2015 and leads the team as President currently. Today, the company has grown to have over 5,000 service plan members, thousands of 5-star reviews online, over 50,000 customers served, and over 100 employees in-house.
